This Privacy Policy explains how Little Astroplane Walker ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Little Astroplane Walker mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Age Eligibility

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where required.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: your name or display name, email address, Firebase user identifier, email-verification status, and account sign-in information.
• Google Sign-In information: if you choose Continue with Google, Google may provide your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier according to your Google Account settings.
• Purchase and entitlement information: Google Play product ID, purchase status, purchase time, order ID, payment provider, a protected hash or reference derived from the purchase token, and information needed to unlock or restore premium access.
• App preferences and activity: selected language, course progress, quiz activity, and interactions with educational content where the app records them.
• Technical information: device type, operating-system version, app version, diagnostics, security information, and network information that may be processed by our service providers.
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting us for assistance or privacy requests.

Passwords entered for email sign-in are processed by Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in readable form.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create, authenticate, verify, secure, and manage user accounts;
• provide English and Spanish courses, videos, quizzes, and app features;
• verify Google Play purchases and grant, restore, or maintain premium access;
• remember settings such as language preference;
• operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Services;
• respond to support, account-deletion, and privacy requests; and
• comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and security obligations.

4. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and obtain consent where required.

5. Google Play Billing

Premium access is offered as a digital purchase through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We receive purchase-related information needed to verify the transaction, prevent fraud, unlock access, and restore purchases.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share or allow processing of information only as needed with:

• Google Firebase for authentication, database, file storage, and related app infrastructure;
• Google Sign-In for optional Google Account authentication;
• Google Play for app distribution, purchases, purchase verification, and restoration;
• Render for hosting backend services that securely verify and manage purchase entitlements;
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, and security; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy notices and, where applicable, our instructions.

7. Advertising and Tracking

The app does not display third-party advertisements. We do not use personal information for targeted or behavioural advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

8. Data Storage, Retention, and International Processing

Information may be stored and processed in countries other than the country where you live, including where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

We retain account and entitlement information while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Some transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion when required by law or for fraud prevention.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

You can request account deletion inside the app by opening Menu → Account → Delete Account → Delete Permanently. You may also contact us using the email address below. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play transaction; Google Play purchase and refund rules continue to apply.

11. California Privacy Notice

California residents may have additional rights under California law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To submit a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to websites or services operated by other organisations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, features, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
