Delete Your Account

This page explains how users of Little Astroplane Walker can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Delete your account inside the app

Open Little Astroplane Walker and sign in.
Open Menu.
Select Account.
Select Delete Account.
Select Delete Permanently and confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the email address connected to your Little Astroplane Walker account. Write Account deletion request in the subject line. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

Data that will be deleted

After a valid deletion request is completed, we delete or remove access to the account information associated with your Little Astroplane Walker account, including:

your Firebase Authentication account;
your name or display name and email address stored in your app profile;
your Firebase user identifier and related account profile; and
associated app profile and entitlement information, except information that must be retained as explained below.

Data that may be retained

Google Play transaction records, purchase references, fraud-prevention records, and records required for accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or purchase restoration may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business needs.

Deleting your Little Astroplane Walker account does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play transaction. Google Play purchase and refund rules continue to apply.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will notify you if applicable law permits or requires additional time.
